Help ! Technical Advice Websites

Anyone using a computer will know that their are many times when it does something you do not understand and doesn't work properly and all your efforts to fix it fail. What you need is technical advice. Whenever you buy any piece of computer equipment make sure you register your purchase. This means the manufacturer will offer technical advice and advise you of any bugs or upgrades. If you know what piece of equipment is causing the problem look at the manufacturers web site to see if a solution is available. If all else fails you may need to pay for Technical support which can be expensive.

There is however a vast supply of technical support on the web. Some services still charge but will offer a free taster session. Other services such as newsgroups allow you to submit a question which will hopefully be answered by some kind soul on the internet.
